Woody Creek Management Group (WCM) serves affluent families and individuals who are preparing for, or in the process of, significant transition, resulting from a liquidity event or a change in family structure. WCM offers highly specialized guidance in three related areas:

• The development, execution, and implementation of estate planning, family governance, and philanthropic goals;
• The education and promotion of financial literacy and dialogue among all family members and generations; and
• The administration of complex wealth transfer plans, trusts, and estates.

WCM also provides a full menu of accounting, bookkeeping, insurance, employment, and other administrative services. WCM is not a registered investment advisor and does not provide investment advice.

WCM serves its clients without any conflicts of interest. The firm charges a flat fee based on the complexity and depth of services provided. In addition, WCM, its principal, and its employees sell no products, receive no referral fees, and have no outside “for profit” business affiliations or revenue arrangements.

Since its inception in 2006, WCM has been wholly-owned by its members.
